Terms of Service

Last updated · May 27, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vibe Shield platform, website, and APIs ("Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts & workspaces

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account. Workspace administrators may invite, remove, and assign roles to users. You are responsible for ensuring your users comply with these Terms.

2. Acceptable use

  • No unlawful, infringing, or abusive content or activity.
  • No attempts to bypass security controls, rate limits, or RLS.
  • No reverse engineering except as permitted by law.
  • No use of the Service to develop a competing product.

3. Customer data

You retain all rights to data you submit ("Customer Data"). You grant Vibe Shield a limited licence to process Customer Data solely to operate and improve the Service. Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum.

4. Service availability

We target 99.9% monthly uptime for the production plane. Planned maintenance is announced via status page. Continuous operational control telemetry may be degraded during incidents; posture is always recomputed once service is restored.

5. Fees

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Taxes are added where applicable.

6. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's confidential information using at least reasonable care and only use it to perform under these Terms.

7. Warranties & disclaimers

We warrant the Service will materially conform to its documentation. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER PARTY WILL BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. AGGREGATE LIABILITY IS CAPPED AT FEES PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach uncured after 30 days' notice. On termination you may export your data for 30 days; after that we delete it subject to legal hold.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales unless your order form specifies otherwise.
